SaySync was retired on 30 September 2026 and is no longer running.

Through a partnership between SaySync and Stehrway, the Outlook add-in that replaced it is available free of charge on Microsoft AppSource:

SaySync never stored your CRM data. Every contact, deal and note lives in Pipedrive and is untouched.

Removing SaySync

You can remove the add-in from Outlook under “Get Add-ins” → “My add-ins”, and the extension from chrome://extensions.
